Everyone is different, and women have vast physiological and physical lifestyle differences. Because of this, we're all about choices, so we've created different options to help ensure there is a Coo-Wee to suit YOU and the life you live. 

Coo-Wee comes in three options:

Soft ‘n’ easy – Our friendly option for women with vaginal sensitivities who require a gentler feel but still require incontinence support for ‘light’ daily activities only.

'On the go' – For women on the go that require daily incontinence support for low-impact activities including: Walking – Hiking – Yoga – Pilates – Biking – Gardening – Playing with kids

'On the run' – Our most supportive Coo-Wee. Specially designed for those full-on high impact activities such as: Basketball – Netball – Running – Kettle Bell & Spin classes – Aerobics – Resistance training.

You can use the toilet normally with your Coo-Wee inserted, and many women have said they can go freely with it in, however you may feel a little pressure while going. Our medical team advises that you should remove your Coo-Wee prior to going to the toilet.

As far as sex goes, er... you should take your Coo-Wee out.

We always recommend having a chat with your doctor to make sure it's safe- like a menstrual cup, your Coo-Wee does create some suction so it's important you have no risk of dislodging your IUD and the strings with your Coo-Wee. 

This is where the learning begins! You'll receive instructions on best practice to use your Coo-Wee. The feeling is different for everybody, but you shouldn't feel the device. If it's bothering you it's likely it has not been placed correctly. It might take a few tries to find the perfect position. Your Coo-Wee might need to go up a little further, or down a little so it's super comfortable; at the end of the day you shouldn’t even feel it!

If you have been fitted with a Pessary in the past, Coo-Wee may not be the right choice for you.

Finger & hand dexterity is required for the insertion & removal of Coo-Wee. If you have issues with arthritis in you fingers and hands, Coo-Wee may not be right for you.
